EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Tippecanoe Lake Country Club is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, creed, color, gender, age, marital status, disability, religion, national origin, or veteran status.

In order to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at TLCC will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities. Employment decisions will be made without regard to an applicant's or employee's race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, age, disability, citizenship, marital status, familial status, liability for military service, veteran status, genetic pre-disposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
The Club will endeavor to make reasonable accommodations for the known physical or mental limitations of a qualified applicant or employee with a disability, unless doing so would result in an undue hardship on the Club.

This policy governs all aspects of employment, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, job assignment, promotion, compensation, discipline, termination, access to benefits and training, and the administration of Club policies and procedures.

If you have any questions or concerns, or believe this policy has been violated, please let your supervisor or the Chief Operating Officer know immediately.

EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY STATUS VERIFICATION
Tippecanoe Lake Country Club is committed to meeting its obligation under U.S. Immigration Law. Accordingly, the Club neither hires nor continues to employ an individual who is not legally authorized to work in the United States. Moreover, TLCC does not discriminate on the basis of citizenship status or national origin in recruitment, hiring, discharge, or any other aspect of employment. Each new employee, as a condition of employment, must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and present documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility.

If any employee is authorized to work in this country for a limited time period, the individual will be required to submit proof of renewed employment eligibility prior to expiration of that period to remain employed by the organization.

If you have any questions about your employment eligibility, please contact the General Manager/COO.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE
We at Tippecanoe Lake Country Club are firmly committed to providing a safe, healthy, productive and efficient working environment for our employees, members, guests and visitors, and to preventing accidents and injuries resulting from the misuse of alcohol or the use of controlled substances. The unlawful or improper presence or use of controlled substances or alcohol in the workplace conflicts with these vital interests. For these reasons, we have established this drug and alcohol free workplace policy as a condition of continued employment with the Club.
