POLICIES

Please consider the menus as suggestions and a starting point. We welcome the opportunity to create a special menu for your function. All functions should be booked as soon as possible.

When possible, menus should be completed a minimum of two weeks prior to the function. A tentative count shall be required one week prior to your event. A guaranteed count on the number of people attending is required 72 hours prior to the function.

Flowers, cakes and live entertainment provide a lovely atmosphere to make your function a very special event. We will be happy to assist you or anyone involved with your event in every way possible. If you need any suggestions for local florists, bakeries, or musicians we would  be happy to provide you with a detailed list.

CHEF’S PROMISE
Our Chef has a total of twenty years in the hospitality industry. He and his culinary staff will gladly work with you to create a menu based around your ideas, theme, or even dietary needs. Our menu is a representation of some of our most proven menu concepts. We encourage you to share your ideas and let us design a custom menu to make your event truly special.

Tippecanoe Lake Country Club reserves the right to adjust prices due to market conditions.

OTHER APPLICABLE CHARGES 

Gratuity and Tax

A gratuity sevice charge of 20% and 7% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.

Miscellaneous Rentals
The rental fee for any item which the club must rent to accommodate your request will be deferred to you. This includes special centerpieces, linens, audio and visual equipment,
special chair and table requests, etc.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Private Parties

Tippecanoe Lake Country Club (TLCC) is a private club. In order to reserve a room for a private party, you must either be a member or sponsored by a member. The Club must receive a written letter from the sponsoring member along with the signed contract.

Deposits
TLCC requires a full deposit with a signed contract in order to reserve your date. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill the day of your event.

Cancellations
Should it be necessary to cancel an event, TLCC requires a written letter 90 days prior to the scheduled event date in order to receive a full refund on your deposit. Should a cancellation be necessary less than 90 days prior to the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations with less than a weeks notice may be subject to all charges, including food and beverages.

Menus/Guarantee
TLCC requires all final menu selections be submitted no less than 1 week prior to the scheduled event in order to ensure availability of selected items. No leftover food may leave the building. A guaranteed number of guests attending must be received by TLCC no less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. Charges will be based on the guarantee or actual number of guests, whichever is greater.

Clubhouse Use
All private events are allowed up to 5 hours of clubhouse usage. Additional hours may be purchased at a price of $200 per hour.
